The Divination of Heaven and Earth

The Limitless gives rise to the bounded; from the Limitless comes the Great Ultimate. The Limitless is the utmost state of non-action, the source from which all things arise! One gives rise to two, two to three, and three to all things! Qian is Heaven, Kun is Earth, and all things flourish without end! Heaven moves with vigor, so the noble person strives without cease. Earth is vast and receptive, so a ruler bears all things with benevolence and virtue! When the heart contains all things, Heaven may collapse and Earth may sink, yin and yang may be reversed, and Heaven and Earth may be overturned. Thus, humanity can overcome Heaven!
