As I drifted in a haze, a piercing sound shattered my sleep. “Bang, bang, bang...” By reflex, I pulled the covers over my head. Good, the noise was much quieter now, so I contentedly went back to sleep. I don't know why, but suddenly the soles of my feet began to tickle. I couldn't help drawing my feet back. A moment later, that bug came to bother me again, and my feet finally started moving on their own.
