In this book, Liu Tong believes that there is a "critical decade" in everyone's life, and based on his own career trajectory, he proposes the "3232" rule, which divides the "critical decade" into four stages, namely the life planning period (3 years); the adaptation and adjustment period (2 years); the workplace purgatory period (3 years); and the self-breakthrough period (2 years). And select more than 50 unavoidable puzzles from the four stages and answer them one by one. The "3232" rule focuses on thinking about life, career and workplace, rather than how much time is spent on a specific job. Problems at work feel like problems in life, centered around growth. The book may not be able to give all the answers, nor can it completely tell us how to get out of the predicament. It is enough to trigger some thoughts. Everyone's "ten years" should be more than just ten years older!
Don't be a confused bird, be an eagle in the mountains. As long as you have a goal, you will never lose yourself. Give yourself a direction accurately and keep approaching it. However, I hate those people in the book who are all talk but no action. They always find excuses not to work hard. I feel like I have to plan things carefully and not just run around like a headless fly. In short, this book gave me a lot of inspiration and is worth reading.
