Everyone Is Lying

One day, while author Yan Jing is working on a manuscript, a mysterious person knocks on his door. “Mr. Yan Jing, please come with me.”

“Why?”

The stranger smiles. “Look at the news from the past few days. Two people have been murdered, and the way they died is exactly like the deaths in your novel. If you don't come with me, someone will be looking for you soon.”

Yan Jing is stunned and taken away by the stranger.

Unwilling as he is, he has no choice but to do as the stranger says. Yan Jing asks, “Were you telling me the truth?”

The stranger only smiles mysteriously. “What do you think?”

It seems no one is telling the truth, not even Yan Jing himself.
