The eight skills of "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, music, fame, law, punishment, and reward" mentioned in this book reminded me of the experiences of some friends around me. Some people pursue benevolence and righteousness too much, but they develop partiality; some people pay attention to etiquette, but become lazy and undisciplined. This book made me understand that if these skills of governing the country are used properly, the country will be stable; if used improperly, the country will be chaotic. Just like myself, I gave up studying and went to work. Now I regret it, and I understand the importance of correct methods and attitudes. The ideas in the book are very enlightening and worth reading.
