Many of the ideas mentioned in this book are very practical. For example, leaders should know how to delegate power and not do everything themselves. I strongly agree with this. I think it is very similar to "The Effective Manager" in that it talks about how to become a good leader. Moreover, the book also mentions some specific cases and methods, which are very inspiring.
