Ming San Festival. Taking the body as a whole, the elbows are the tip sections, the waist and abdomen are the middle sections, and the feet and legs are the root sections. However, if divided into three sections, each of the three sections also has three sections.

This book is very interesting! It explains Xingyiquan in great detail. I especially like the parts about Ming Sanjie, Qi Si Shao and Shuo Wu Xing. I find it very enlightening. However, I don't like some of the overly theoretical content in the book. It would be better if there were more practical cases and practice methods. Overall, it's still worth reading.
I think you can read the Xingyiquan manual first and combine the two
