Zhang's Medical Tong

"Zhang's Medical Tong", written by Zhang Lu in the Qing Dynasty, has sixteen volumes and was published in 1695 (the 34th year of Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty). It is a comprehensive medical work focusing on miscellaneous diseases. It was originally named "Yi Gui" and is a representative work that reflects Zhang's academic thoughts. The style is imitated in Wang Kentang's "Principles of Syndrome and Treatment", which is divided into internal, external, gynecological, pediatric, and five-sensory disease diagnosis and treatment, and is accompanied by verified cases. Volumes 1 to 7 are internal medicine; Volume 8 is facial features; Volume 9 is surgery; Volumes 10 to 11 are gynecology; Volume 12 is pediatric diseases; Volumes 13 to 16 are prescriptions.
