I especially like the part about diagnosis in the book. It's amazing to judge the condition by observing the complexion! Moreover, this book is somewhat similar to "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases", both of which are classics of traditional Chinese medicine. I feel like for a new mom like me, this book can be a great reference to help me take better care of my baby and my own health.
