The Seven Maidens of Wudang

This is one of Zhu Louzhu's finest wuxia novels, with a moving, twisting plot full of dramatic ups and downs. Once the Dragon-Slaying Hand appears, readers won't be able to put the book down. In The Tale of the Strange People of Wudang, Lin Luhua sees Cui Qing locked in battle with a demon. The demon has the upper hand, and Cui Qing seems on the verge of defeat. The longer she watches, the more worried she becomes. The two are lovers destined across three lifetimes, and now that disaster has struck and they face shared fortune or misfortune, Luhua is too anxious for his safety to think of the danger. She cries out, "Don't panic, Qing. I'm coming to help you!" Even as she speaks, she is already flying toward them.
