Quiet Don River

I wanted to read this book before, but never did. After reading it this time, I shed tears at the end...

I have to complain about Gregory's life: he was baptized in war. Because of the unclear choice of sex and the purpose of the war, he went through life and death until he achieved nothing. A tragic ending.
