Those Years When I Was an Official

When I was a kid, I always dreamed about it when I was in school. Some of the dreams were scattered fragments. After all these years, I can only recall some fragments when I was drunk. So, before I forget, I wrote it for fun and recalled the daydreams I had in those years. Maybe the update is not that timely, I hope readers will forgive me.
