Mo Yu, a transmigrator from Blue Star, transmigrated to a city centered around Pokemon after a meteorite struck.
On the day he was born, Mewtwo led an army to invade the Dragon Kingdom.
"Roar!"
With its strength restricted, Mewtwo was driven away by Rayquaza using Dragon Ascent.
Eighteen years later,
Mewtwo, now having defeated Team Rocket, returned to the Dragon Kingdom to avenge itself on Rayquaza.
But then...
"Rayquaza, Mega Evolve!"
