The Years When Rain Falls and Flowers Bloom

In the neighboring star system, on planet D202, civilization has fallen back several hundred years after three nuclear wars. The entire planet has splintered into hundreds of territories, large and small, each ruled by a different warlord. The story takes place in the New District, among a group of extraordinary people. No one knows what will come first: an unexpected twist or tomorrow. People live dangerous yet ordinary lives, and something new happens every day.
