The Path of the Deluded Immortal

Among all living things, why do I live?

In this vast world, who can decide who rises and who falls?

Who is willing to disappear into the dust of the mortal world?

Who is willing to tread carefully within the rules set by others?

To defy heaven and change my fate seems utterly absurd to me.

I only want to take one step at a time and carve out a path in this world that people will remember,

a path all living beings will admire,

a path unlike any other.

A path.
