I Am the Strongest Mecha Pilot!

When Lin Chen woke up, he discovered that he had transmigrated to a world thousands of years in the future.

Humanity's living conditions here were still pretty good, but that was all thanks to the various mechs protecting them.

However, roughly every hundred years, a tide of insect beasts would attack and devour humanity's interstellar territories.

"During the last insect beast tide, the enemies kept getting faster. I think we should put more effort into developing light mechs."

"The key is the core insect beasts. We need to develop heavy mechs to kill them!"

"Why not think more about how to develop new mech infantry? Then we could carry out a decapitation strike, just like back then!"

"Let's work together on how to repair the First Generation. As long as we can bring it back, the insect beast tide won't be a threat at all!"

A group of humanity's top scientists argued on and on, making so much noise that Lin Chen couldn't even sleep properly.

"Stop arguing. The First Generation, right?"

"It's not like we haven't built one before. Why not just build another?"
