In the future Earth of 2319, due to various chain reactions caused by human destruction and celestial changes, the Earth has come to a standstill. The world government chose Mars to immigrate to Mars before the Earth shut down, but that was only a paradise for the rich and a dream world that was out of reach for the poor. The Earth's rotation gradually slows down until it stops. The side facing the sun, bounded by the equator, is getting hotter and hotter, while the side facing away from the sun is always in darkness. The remnants of the new generation no longer call it "Earth", but call it "Lazy Star". This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
