Anime Crossover: This World Is Too Complicated

The dead always begin a new life in another world. It's an ironclad rule of the new era.

But is it really so easy to get by in another world? Not necessarily, right?

There's a max-level witch from some highland, a dragon named Tohru, angels and the demon realm, and even the Heavenly Court and Spirit Mountain...

The Candle Dragon who transmigrated here wonders: This world is way too complicated. Can I really make it out alive?

P.S. This story has way too many elements, and the worldbuilding is enormous, blah blah blah...
