A Record of Reading the Clouds

In the sixth year of the Great Zhou Tianqi era, the Sinfiends broke free of their seal on the Yunmeng Continent. The world's origin collapsed, and factions within the Central Imperial Dynasty fought for power. With order and rules gone, the Yunmeng Continent fell into ruin, its mountains and rivers shattered, and the world split into separate regions.

The Lord of the Underworld exhausted his life's cultivation in a great battle against the escaped Sinfiends, sealing them away once more. Following Heaven's mandate, he chose a successor for the Heart of Chaos and the Eight Firmament Sword Jade.

Reborn into a chaotic age, can Jiang Shi set the world to rights, shatter the firmament, and destroy the Sinfiends?
