Journey to the West: From the Start, I Became a Bandit and Refused to Be Relocated

After transmigrating to ancient times to save someone, Lin Ping became a bandit. After years of hard work, he finally got his little mountain stronghold running smoothly. Just as he was preparing to look forward to a bright future, a monk claiming to have come from Great Tang in the Eastern Lands showed up at the mountain...

"Master, if you can't save one person, how can you save all living beings? I'm not going down the mountain. Tear me apart if you must. I swear to live and die with my homeland. If you want to blow up the mountain, go ahead. I won't force you, and you shouldn't try to persuade me. Think carefully: if the hundreds or thousands of brothers in my stronghold die here today, will your scriptures still mean anything? Will they still be worth revering? No rush, think it over. Here, this is one of the orphans I've taken in over the years. He's very bright, composing poems at three. Come on, recite a poem for your Uncle Tang."

Child: "Ah, why are there always tears in my eyes? Because I love this land so deeply."

Tang Seng: "..."
