I'm a Great Emperor Reborn, Yet I'm Holding the Village Back

I am a reborn Great Emperor, with the memories of my past life. In this life, I will once again reach the pinnacle of the world. There is nothing left that can make me afraid. In this life, I will live for myself. Wait, aren't humans supposed to spend ten months in the womb? Why haven't I been born yet? Born in a village, huh? Fine, I don't need resources anyway. Wait, I only wanted to be invincible in the mortal world. Why are all of you sharpening your blades and preparing to storm the Divine Realm to become gods? Don't drag me into this! A real man doesn't mince words. I'm scared, and that's that! I'm sorry, I've let the village down. No, the dragon down.
