The Creator: The Marbles That Set the Universe's Fate in Motion

He awoke from a dream. There was nothing around him... only a terrifying silence...

But he did not understand silence. Then, in the next instant, he seemed to grasp the feeling, and found it all a little too monotonous...

So the source of the universe, the smallest component of energy, the universe's tiniest particle, the "muon," was born...

They swarmed forth, first one, then two, then three... countless more...

Still, he found it all a little too monotonous!

So the "muons" began to gather, growing infinitely massive...

An unprecedented explosion took place, like fireworks going off...

Galaxy clusters, stars, black holes, white holes, dark stars...

All were born in that burst of fireworks!

He watched, overcome with excitement!

He gave these things a name: the "universe."

He had no idea how long this change went on. Then he saw another consciousness like himself come into being. With a single thought, just as if he had been **, he was born on Earth as a human...

And so his story began.
