I Couldn't Afford Cured Meat on My Deathbed, So the Richest Man Begged Me to Build a Ghost Bank

Chen Ping came from the world of the dead to the world of the living, where he became an undertaker.

His mission was to establish a bank at the boundary between yin and yang.

People say that when you die, everything goes out like a lamp.

Money cannot be brought into the world when you are born, nor taken with you when you die.

But that is not actually true.

The money people earn while alive can be taken to the world of the dead.

They just have to exchange it for the currency of the afterlife at Chen Ping's bank.

However, only clean money can be exchanged. Ill-gotten gains can only be spent again by Chen Ping, becoming assets of the bank.

You could put it this way:

The good are rich after death.

The wicked are poor after death.

So the richest man in the world might end up borrowing money from a beggar just to get by...
