Navy: My Esper Legion

After graduating from recruit training, Aokiji and Akainu clash over who gets to recruit Dilo.

A battle between admirals is about to erupt.

Who will he choose?

"Sorry, I'm not interested in either of you."

He's the first person in history to graduate and take command of his own troops.

No one believes in him.

Before long, a regiment of Devil Fruit users appears.

The Summit War.

There's no need for 100,000 elite soldiers. Dilo's forces are enough.

Then one day, the Five Elders angrily demand of the Navy, "Dilo, how dare you defy the government's orders? What are you trying to do?"

"Rebel!"

The Five Elders laugh scornfully. "Rebel? The Navy belongs to the government. What could you possibly use to rebel?"

"No. The Navy belongs to me."
