Great Tang: The Retired Emperor Swapped My Identity as Crown Prince

In the second year of Wude, as Li Shimin's power grew, Li Yuan sensed his son's wolfish ambition.

To prevent a calamity within the imperial family, on the day the Qin Prince's consort, Lady Zhangsun, gave birth, Li Yuan secretly summoned her and the Crown Princess to the palace to deliver their babies. At the same time, he secretly switched the two newborns.

In the ninth year of Zhenguan, Li Xiu transmigrated to the Tang Dynasty and became a poor commoner from a destitute village in Chang'an County.

Sixteen years passed. He should have been the Crown Prince, yet he lived in utter poverty.

Then one day, Li Shimin happened to meet Li Xiu, and the secret that had been buried for seventeen years came to light.

Suppressing his excitement, Li Shimin asked Li Xiu, "Do you want to be Crown Prince?"

Li Xiu: "??? What about Li Chengqian?"

Li Shimin: "I will force him to rebel, then slaughter him!"

Li Xiu: "Damn it, you idiot!"
