A Certain Unscientific Elemental Heart

The Academy City's Grand Star Festival!

The eight Level 5s of Academy City face off, and a massive battle is about to begin!

The first to make a move is Accelerator, ranked number one. Though he has changed a great deal from how he used to be, deep down he is still that arrogant, all-powerful big shot who cares nothing for anyone.

After a flash of lightning-fast action, the field briefly falls quiet. But soon, deafening cheers erupt from the stands. The shocking spectacle has given the spectators immense satisfaction.

At that moment, excitement flashes in the eyes of Kamijo Nene, standing on the field. Her fighting spirit begins to rise. She steps forward, and her body undergoes an astonishing transformation. Most strikingly, her lustrous black hair is dyed blue by a mysterious force.

At the same time, the winds begin gathering all around, forming a crescent blade behind Kamijo Nene. Now she is the master of the wind. With a wave of her hand, blades of wind ravage the field, and the battle heats up once more!
