Walking as a Medium

Lin Ling gets into college and plans to be an excellent couch potato.

That is, until one day, he walks through a door that doesn't exist.

From then on, he solves one murder case after another, walking alone between life and death.

A phone call in the middle of the night, even though there's no SIM card in the phone. An inn open late at night, but with no living guests. A bus that sets off at midnight and drives straight toward a dead end. Blood flowing from a bathroom faucet, even though no one turned it on.

Lin Ling suddenly feels like the whole world is out to get him.
