Global Escape: From the Start, I Take Out My Pursuer

A reporter interviews Ye Hao, a fugitive with an IQ of 150.

Reporter: "How do you plan to evade your pursuers and win this game?"

Ye Hao: "Evade them? Why should I? I just have to take out all the pursuers, then take out all the other fugitives. Wouldn't that make me the winner?"

Reporter: "Uh... So how do you plan to do that?"

Ye Hao: "Easy. I make it look like an accident."

Reporter: "What do you mean?"

Ye Hao: "I throw a sausage into the middle of the road. Then, after a chain of butterfly effects, pursuer Li Da gets disconnected in an accidental traffic collision."

Reporter: "Th-that's a high-IQ crime with no evidence to prove it!"

In this game of cat and mouse, just who is the cat and who is the mouse?
