The Fallen Prince Consort

These days, it seems like anything can be a knockoff.

A few drops of nosebleed, a bout of dizziness, and I fell into a matriarchal novel my cousin had written. I transmigrated into a book and landed in a fake version of the Tang dynasty.

Even more absurd, the moment I opened my eyes, I found myself with a wife. She had the proper paperwork, and getting married by imperial decree might not be all that unusual, but the most important thing was that she was the real deal, no tricks, the mighty Empress herself.

I transmigrated into a book and became a male imperial consort. Believe it?

Here you'll find a version of the Tang dynasty that could hardly be less like the real thing, and palace intrigue from a man's perspective that's more outrageous than you can imagine.

Two storylines, two points of view, mysteries revealed from multiple angles, and the enigma of transmigrating into a book.

See how a scholarly man blessed with koi-like luck meets a domineering, protective, charming Empress, and fights his way up from the lowly harem to the peak of power.

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
