An Elegy for Love

Won't you accept my love, even if it comes too late? That bouquet of roses was my gift to you.

I gazed at the snow-filled sky. I sent you the beauty of a single snowflake.

But all I gave you was one bright red rose.

That day, the sky was still so cold. I looked at the gravestone as if you were standing right in front of me,

watching every move I made.

You didn't say a word.

You only smiled gently.

When the wind blew against the window at night, I cried,

missing you.
