Surrounded from the Start: Sun Wukong Comes to My Supermarket to Become My Disciple

The ground shook violently beneath Lin Tian's supermarket, and he thought there was an earthquake.

Meanwhile, the monkeys on Flower-Fruit Mountain saw a heavenly palace descend from the sky.

Before long, a monkey knelt at the entrance to Lin Tian's supermarket, begging to become his disciple.

Sun Wukong: "This disciple offers his sincere respects, his sincere respects!"

The Monkey King's antics drew a crowd of onlookers.

Lin Tian was speechless. Is this guy an internet celebrity doing cosplay?

"Boundless Celestial Venerable. I have no particular skills, so you should seek immortality and the Dao elsewhere. How about this? I recommend Patriarch Bodhi of Mount Lingtai Fangcun!" Lin Tian said with an air of authority.

The Monkey King's eyes darted about.

He thought to himself: It wasn't easy finding an immortal of such power. I, the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, won't go looking for some other immortal and travel farther when he's right here.

The water from the faucet in his master's house was nectar and jade dew… A single cigarette from his master nourished the soul… Even a notebook in his master's house was a wordless heavenly scripture!

That notebook was actually a record of reflections on the Great Dao!

Sun Wukong: "I, Old Sun, am definitely going to keep dropping by this powerful immortal's supermarket!"
