Xianxia: I Was Wiped Out from the Start

Sixteen-year-old prodigy Jiang Mu was considered the most promising candidate to succeed as the head of the Spirit Sword Sect.

Liu Qingxue was the chief disciple of Zijin Island. The two were in love and had already agreed to marry, but everything changed when the current head of the Spirit Sword Sect was ambushed and seriously wounded.

News of the sect leader's injuries quickly spread, and every sect in the land sent people to attack the Spirit Sword Sect in a bid to seize its two treasures.

On his deathbed, the sect leader entrusted both treasures to Jiang Mu. To protect him, the Spirit Sword Sect's leader forced him to leave.

Meanwhile, the Spirit Sword Sect was wiped out under the combined assault of the major sects.

Alone and with nowhere else to turn, Jiang Mu sought refuge with Liu Qingxue. But to his horror, Liu Qingxue, the woman who had agreed to marry him, attacked him in order to take the two treasures he held.

Fleeing in disarray, Jiang Mu secretly vowed that from that day on, he would never trust anyone again. He would have his revenge on everyone who called themselves members of the righteous sects...
