I, the Navy Bigwig!

After jumping off a cliff, Bai Zhi accidentally transmigrated into the world of One Piece. His body and age changed, making him look about fourteen or fifteen, and he gained a Logia-type Storm Devil Fruit.

Just as Bai Zhi had grown somewhat capable, formed the core of a pirate crew, and was preparing to make a name for himself across the seas, he was "unfortunately" drafted by the Navy hero Garp.

From then on, the Navy had a new "overlord": domineering and flamboyant, yet still entrusted with major responsibilities by both the Navy and the World Government.

Decades later,

retired Sengoku reminisced about the past and sighed,

"If Bai Zhi had put even a little effort into capturing pirates, the word 'pirate' might have disappeared from this world long ago!"

Garp, no longer able to throw a punch, would deliberately curse whenever Bai Zhi came up.

"I must've been blind to bring that brat into the Navy, and I even got my son and grandson locked up in Impel Down. ...Ow... my back! Forget it, I'm old..."
