Me! Konoha's Mastermind Boss

Year 44 of Konoha.

When Shimura Danzo, leader of the Root organization, summoned him and demanded that he join Root, Kurama Shingetsu, who had spent years keeping a low profile and doing his best to stay out of trouble, darkened at the prospect of surviving in a ninja world filled with bloodshed and slaughter, where even the inner circles of the great powers were rife with hidden darkness and schemes.

"Damn it, this is too much! From today on, I'm done keeping my head down!"

"Danzo, I'll take your seat as the mastermind behind Konoha!"

"You can rest easy now!"

Highly recommended, no frustrating plot twists.
