Journey to the West: I, Jin Chanzi, Betray Lingshan from the Start

Jin Chan transmigrated to the Primordial World and seized the body of the six-winged cicada, a primordial beast.

As a devoted fan of Journey to the West, Jin Chan knew his future would be nothing like the glorious tale told in the classic.

In fact, it was the exact opposite!

Jin Chan was reincarnated nine times, and each time the Buddhas of Spirit Mountain carved him up and ate him. His fate was even more tragic than that of the Great Sage Equal to Heaven!

Sha Seng was nothing more than a scapegoat!

At the critical moment, the System offered him two choices.

"Choice One: willingly join Buddhism, become a Buddha, and journey west in another life. Reward: one top-grade innate spirit treasure."

"Choice Two: betray Spirit Mountain and denounce the Buddhas. Reward: a mysterious cultivation technique!"

Jin Chan sneered.

"The Jin Chanzi who joined Buddhism and became a Buddha ended up as a mere * of the Buddhist sect. What difference is there between living like that and being dead?"

"I choose option two!"
