Journey to the West: I Am the Mastermind

In the mortal realm, Emperor Li Er, the Heavenly Khan, led the mighty armies of the Sixteen Guards toward Heaven, their banners fluttering in the wind.

"Celestial Emperor, I'm here. Are you ready to die?"

On Mount Youming, countless terracotta warriors gleamed with golden light. The First Emperor stood before his vast army, Tai'a in hand, his sword pointed at Hell.

"Soldiers, follow me... and slay Yama!"

Emperor Wu of Han sighed and opened his eyes. His gaze crossed ten thousand miles of mountains and rivers to the many Buddhas in the west.

"Alas. If that's how it must be, then let us destroy Buddhism!"

In this era, humanity is no weakling. The Wu and Yao have never vanished; dragons and phoenixes soar through the skies, and demons have returned to the land.

The Tang launches an assault on Heaven, Jin Chanzi falls to the dark side, and the whole world attacks the Tang... When Hongjun failed to merge with the Heavenly Dao, everyone breathed a sigh of relief, thinking it was over. Little did they know, this was only the beginning...

Are they pieces on the board or the players? A mystery within a mystery, a game within a game. What lies behind the fog?
