Cursed by Misfortune: Starting with Final Destination

Tang Xiu was dumbfounded.

He had just realized he had transmigrated to the United States, in the world of Final Destination,

when lightning struck him over and over on the Statue of Liberty!

To make matters worse, a TV station caught it all on camera for the evening news, and it went viral worldwide!

From then on, Tang Xiu and Death became locked in a love-hate relationship, repeatedly coming within a hair's breadth of each other.

Meanwhile, online, the videos in the "Death's Frozen Shoulder" series featuring him grew more and more popular!

Uncle Sam: "God Tang, we're willing to send Air Force One to take you home!"

Airport: "Air Force One's landing gear failed to deploy on landing, and it veered off the runway, suffering extensive damage!"

Uncle Sam: "Our carrier fleet will escort you safely home!"

Tang Xiu: "I heard the nuclear-powered carrier sent to pick me up caught fire?"

Uncle Sam, watching a meteor fall from the sky: "...Do you think there's still a chance I'll survive? *sob*"
