Journey to the West: I Swindled Guanyin Out of a Fortune from the Start!

Su Cheng transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West and becomes an ordinary willow tree beside the Immortal Stone on Flower-Fruit Mountain.

Luckily, he awakens the Hongmeng System: the more trouble he stirs up, the stronger he gets.

From the start, he persuades the monkey to delay his birth, then tricks Guanyin into paying through the nose!

Guanyin: "What a headache! I sprinkled the Immortal Vase's waters over a huge area, using up nearly half my reserves, just to get that cheeky monkey born! I'm furious!"

Guanyin is so angry she spits blood.

The monkey grins and secretly admires the willow tree beside him.

The Two Sages of the West: "How strange! Who is disrupting the Journey to the West calamity and stealing our Buddhist fortune?"

Hah! Did I agree to Buddhism's great rise?

Stir up trouble! Stir up trouble! Stir up trouble!

From then on, the world of Journey to the West gains a mysterious Willow God, peerlessly elegant and immensely powerful, whom even the Sages cannot deal with.
