Professor Kato Tachiga from the Faculty of Law at Mihua University accidentally adopted the 15-year-old Tanichi Horokanahara, a 15-year-old boy with mysterious amnesia, three years ago. Three years later, frequent crimes suddenly occurred in Mihua City, and the Japanese Public Security Commission called it "New Supernatural Incident No. 2." What followed was the emergence of the huge mysterious organization "Zero Death", and the truth slowly emerged. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
