I Demolished My Property, and My Tenant Wants Ten Apartments!

My house was demolished, and I never expected the tenant to claim he was entitled to a share too. He wants me to give him ten houses, and says he'll get people to hack me to death if I don't. What should I do? Waiting for answers online, it's urgent.

Then, the God-Tier Choice System unexpectedly activated and gave me three options.

First, agree to the tenant's demands and get a green card.

Second, refuse the tenant's demands and get ten billion in cash.

Third, destroy the tenant and receive a mysterious gift package!

With a System, what is there to be afraid of? One word: do it!
