Developing Technology in Konoha

Who says you have to become a ninja after transmigrating to the ninja world? I, Suye Feng, refuse!

I, Suye Feng, will show the people of the ninja world that technology is the primary productive force!

Years later, a legend spreads through the ninja world about a ninja tool merchant named Suye Feng.

"Are you still worried that you can't form hand signs as quickly as your opponent in a fight? Do you regret that your opponent can attack you while you're busy forming a single hand sign?"

"Buy this ninjutsu rune! Just pour in chakra, and you can release a jutsu without forming hand signs, dear customer!"

"What? You say you don't use ninjutsu? Then try my chakra ninja tools. I have all five chakra natures, and every kind of weapon you could want. Order a custom weapon now, and I'll even throw in a Sword of the Thunder God just like the Second Hokage's!"

"Huh? You're an ordinary person who can't use chakra? No problem. Our latest chakra-powered pistol comes with a chakra battery..."
