From This Day On, the Global Deep Blue Era

Yu Zifeng was reborn in the final year of the Human Era.

The polar ice caps melted, sea levels kept rising, and the world was about to enter the Deep Blue Era.

At this darkest hour, a question on Bihu caught everyone's attention.

Question: If the sea completely submerges the land, where will humanity go?

Yu Zifeng:

Thanks for the invite. I'm still alive and just got online.

I believe that before long, the sea will submerge all the land, the Human Era will end, and the Deep Blue Era will begin.

The Federation should devote the strength of the entire nation to building space cities, underwater cities, floating cities at sea, and cities in the mountains and highlands.

Here's the feasibility report and construction blueprints. No need to thank me.
