Back to Field: Playing Uncle Jiu from the Start

For the fourth season of Back to Field, the production crew arrived in the beautiful little village of Mangu, in Xishuangbanna, southern Yunnan.

Just then, demons and monsters began reviving all over the world.

The female ghost Sadako crawled through the television and into the living room...

Every night, the long-haired female ghost Kayako appeared in the village, wandering endlessly...

People often saw Chu Renmei in the eerie pond behind the village, watching passersby...

When the Back to Field crew were all scared out of their wits and went to ask the village chief for help,

the white-haired old chief hesitated. "There's a Taoist temple on Tuoxian Peak, not far from our village. A young Taoist priest lives there. Should we go ask him for help?"
