Showbiz: Graduation Season, No Regrets in Youth

With "My Deskmate," he ushered in the era of campus folk music.

He reached the peak of his career as soon as he debuted. His very first album swept the major awards ceremonies of its time.

He was also part of the youthful memories of countless students.

But an accident brought him to a parallel world with no folk music.

Wang Yu had hoped to change everything with the acoustic guitar in his hands.

After a series of setbacks, he reluctantly decided to give up on his dream.

Somewhat disillusioned, he signed up for a popular singing competition.

He hoped the show would give the folk music he had stood by an imperfect ending.

But, to everyone's astonishment, he suddenly became famous a week later.

While no one else could make sense of it, Wang Yu saw right through what had happened.

Because that day, one week later, was graduation season for students everywhere.
