(2) The protagonist is on the German team and has nothing to do with Japan's U-17 team. (3) The story starts after he returns to Japan, so there isn't much setup beforehand. (4) The author is extremely lazy and thin-skinned, so updates will come whenever. My writing isn't good and I'm hopeless at this, but I still love Rikkai Dai and the captain.
