The Tang Dynasty Censor

In the third year of the Zhenguan era of the Tang dynasty, with everything still needing to be rebuilt, the country was in desperate need of talent.

Yang Xiu transmigrated by chance and became an eight-year-old child. He was even appointed as a censor.

On top of that, Yang Xiu was bound to the Strongest Censor System: the more people he impeached, the stronger he became.

And so an eight-year-old censor appeared on the scene, spending every day either impeaching someone or on his way to impeach someone.

He impeached ministers first, then the emperor. He even went after the retired Supreme Emperor. Everyone at court trembled at the very mention of him.

The court officials: "You'd be better off offending His Majesty than Yang Xiu. Otherwise, he'll even impeach your ancestors' graves."

Li Shimin: "Getting impeached makes me furious, but I can't refute him. I even have to reward him!"

Li Yuan: "Is Censor Yang crazy? I've already abdicated. Why is he still impeaching me?"

Yang Xiu: "I'm not singling anyone out. I'm just saying that every one of you here is going to get impeached by me."
