A Qin scout brings news.

Fusu speaks disdainfully.
"They're just defeated losers!"
"Our Qin cavalry of three hundred thousand is mighty and invincible. Why should we fear a stray dog with nowhere to go!?"
The scout reports again:
"Your Majesty, Emperor of Qin!"
"The Xiongnu have invaded from the north!"
Fusu smiles disdainfully.
