Tang Sanzang: A Single Thought to Slay the Gods

Since ancient times, the gods have stood high above, holding the power of life and death!

The common people are no more than ants. One careless misstep, and divine punishment falls from the heavens. They can barely be sure they'll see another day!

All living beings are spirits of Heaven and Earth, each with a precious life. How can such lives be treated as a game?

I, Tang Sanzang, refuse to submit. I will fight violence with violence and swear to slay the gods!

I write this proclamation so all living beings may understand my purpose!

So the gods may fear me!

Let the heavens be unable to hide the eyes of the people!

Let the earth be unable to bury the grievances of all living beings!

Let every last god vanish into nothing!
