Superpowers on Earth 6000

The story takes place on a distant Earth 6000. Around 60 million people on this planet are born with superpowers.

Superpowers are ranked from Level 1 to Level 10, with Level 10 being the highest.

The protagonist, Dongfang Nai, lives in City C90. His superpower is time manipulation: he can speed up or slow down time for himself, other people, or objects. He can also make time tangible and turn it into a weapon.

After being tested at the Superpower Academy, Dongfang Nai is found to have a Level 10 ability.
