Three Kingdoms: Peerless from the Start

In the first year of Jian'an, the officials were utterly baffled.

They had just welcomed the young emperor to Xudu. Within the court, Wang Zifu and Liu Bei were plotting rebellion; beyond it, Yuan Shu of Nanyang sought to declare himself emperor, Yuan Shao of Jizhou coveted the four northern provinces, and Lu Fengxian of Xuzhou was running rampant...

The realm was beset by internal and external threats, and desperately needed talent!

But Cao Mengde, surely you can't make your own son Grand Marshal!

You are Chancellor and Minister of Works; your son is Grand Commandant and Minister of War.

Two of the Three Excellencies in one family? Nothing like that has ever happened in history!

Does this realm belong to your Cao family, or to the Han dynasty?

When Cao Jing took the post of Grand Marshal, the officials were furious, and the whole realm was outraged.

Cao Jing, however, said: I'm peerless. Do as you please!

And so, he first took down Big-Eared Liu, crushed Yuan Shu in Chen, won Diao Chan at Baima, destroyed Yuan Shao at Guandu, drowned Eastern Wu at Chibi, then crushed the Xianbei, wiped out the Wuhuan, and swept away the Xiongnu.

Our Cao family is openly holding the emperor hostage to command the feudal lords. Who's in favor? Who's opposed?
